Beatryce Nivens is a highly respected Business Leadership Expert, Author and Speaker. She has spoken to over 100,000 people at various colleges, universities, women's groups, African American professional associations, etc. By helping people obtain or move up in their positions, she has dramatically changed lives. She specializes in women in management and diversity in the workplace. She was selected to participate in the "Virtual Career Coaching Week" where top NYC career coaches gave advice to listeners.

She is the author of the following business/ career books: Success Strategies for African Americans (Dutton); How To Change Careers (Putnam); Careers for Women Without College Degrees (McGraw-Hill); Oportunidades De Carreira Para Mulheres Sem Cursos Universitarious (McGraw Hill, Brazil), How to Change Careers (Putnam), How To Choose A Career (Longmeadow Press), How to Re-Enter the Workforce (Longmeadow Press), The Black Career Woman's Guide (Doubleday). In 2008, she wrote So You Want To Become..a Career Guide for Young People (Lorraine Monroe Institute). Her new book  How To Become A Black CEO and Corporate President: Top Leaders Share Their Wisdom is due out September 2010.  

Beatryce Nivens is an experienced media person. She has appeared in numerous newspapers across the country. She has written for or been quoted as an expert for the following publications or web sites: Diversity MBA Magazine; Essence Magazine; Essence.com; Black Enterprise.com; Ebony; The Network Journal; Unity First.com; Family Circle; Glamour; Womenof.com and others.
