Presently, Beatryce Nivens is a Career Management Consultant for a major corporation and professor at a local, New York college. She is a board member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals--NY Chapter. The recipient of many awards, she was awarded an "Award of Appreciation" from the New York State Assembly for her work with unemployed women in Brooklyn, New York.  

Beatryce Nivens has a Bachelor's degree from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. She also holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Education from Hofstra University.
